The nurses in special housing form a large group characterized by high competence and extensive experience. Here, you will have the opportunity to utilize the breadth of your knowledge and gain a wealth of experience.

The nurses in special housing are organized under the health and medical care operations within the care administration.

We have eight units with special housing with various focuses such as dementia care, high care needs, respite care, and short-term care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position involves a schedule of 38:15 hours/week, which currently means you work daytime Monday-Friday, including public holidays that fall on these days.

As a nurse within the municipality, you work closely with both care staff, other licensed personnel, and various actors from the region. You have great flexibility in your workday as you can control and plan the tasks to be performed. You see the whole picture in the patients' medical care and make priorities based on current needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have a nursing license and preferably have experience in municipal health and medical care. Experience with the systems Lifecare and Pascal is an advantage.

It is important that you can work independently and prioritize your tasks. To meet documentation requirements, you also need to have very good written and oral skills in the Swedish language. An important task is to guide staff in care and medical issues, and you should be able to do this in a coaching and positive manner.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with a B driver's license.
