About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Kupolen, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health.

Apoteket Kupolen is located in the Kupolen shopping center in Borlänge and has a rich customer flow of both self-care and prescribed customers. We are a medium-sized pharmacy where the team consists of seven people, each with different areas of responsibility, ensuring a balanced staffing. Together with Apoteket Falken and Apoteket Djurås, we form a pharmacy group with a total of 16 employees.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of work

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective
