The job as a Personal Assistant means that you work where the client is, and the working hours can vary – day, evening, weekend, or night. It depends on the client's needs.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and willing to work. All clients we have differ in needs and interests, but for this client, we see that you are a woman between 18-50 years old who enjoys being active. We also see that you can work both independently and in a team. The most important thing is that we together focus on the client's needs, big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life.

To be employed with us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old. If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that you order an extract from the Police now, as their processing time may vary.
