About the Position

The House of Discs Group is growing, and we are now looking for another team member to join us in Skellefteå. We work with the companies within the House of Discs Group, and you will support the accounting manager and CFO in a variety of tasks. You will also provide support and advice to the group's other managers and the organization in general in financial analysis and project-related areas.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage and further develop our data platform
Develop dashboards in our BI system (Tableau)
Participate in the planning and budgeting process as well as forecasting for the company
Actively support the management team in creating control instruments for the company
Create operational monthly reports through analysis of forecasts, outcomes, and budgets. This needs to be done across multiple dimensions; country, products, sales channels, and periods.
Be project responsible and work broadly with investment and productivity development, customer and product profitability, and product costing.

Is This You?

We are looking for someone with a relevant degree in, for example, Computer Science or Economics. You have work experience as a data analyst, consultant at a management firm, or similar. Your understanding of and interest in the entire company's business processes are very important to us. Experience with international work is also welcome, which is valuable for House of Discs AB with operations in the Nordic countries and the USA. It is important that you express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English and have good skills in Excel, SQL, and business systems.
