Rental Negotiator with Interest in Negotiation Law

Are you accustomed to working in party relationships, seeking compromises, and want to make a difference for other people? Then the position as a rental negotiator might be for you. The placement is either in Luleå or Umeå.

Job Responsibilities

Handle and process qualified legal cases in various legal instances
Participate in and lead training in negotiation law for employees and rent tribunal members
Negotiate rents for rental apartments
Contribute to collective competence development within the negotiation unit

Qualifications

Law degree or other education in law
Experience in rent tribunal or general court proceedings
Experience in negotiations
Experience in the real estate industry is a merit but not a requirement
The position requires a driver's license and access to own car

Personal suitability is of great importance.
