We are looking for a Business Developer at Once Upon

As our Business Developer is moving on to a new role within Once Upon, we now have an exciting job opening. We are in the search for a strategic and analytical business developer who is passionate about identifying business opportunities and wants to join us in building the future of Once Upon. In this role, you will get to deep dive into questions such as: What untapped business opportunities await that can propel us into the UK market? Or maybe: How can we tailor our pricing and discount strategies in the USA to ensure a thriving business environment? Why not: In which innovative ways can we evolve our offer to significantly boost our revenue growth in Australia?

About the role

As Business Developer, you'll play a key role in optimizing Once Upon's entire sales and market development ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying current and future opportunities within our focus markets and target groups. This involves a comprehensive approach that includes tapping into new markets while strengthening our position on existing ones.

You’ll act as a crucial link between product development and go-to-market strategies, ensuring our products resonate with the target audience and stand out in a competitive landscape. The goal is to drive growth of our products through strategic sales and market development initiatives.

Your background

We're looking for a candidate who’s skilled in advanced business operations and strategic planning. Maybe you come from a senior role within business controlling or pricing strategy? You should have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business or economics. Proficiency in both written Swedish and English is essential, along with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives effectively.

Location

Our headquarters are located in Skellefteå, in the North of Sweden. We also have offices in Piteå, Örnsköldsvik, Umeå and Stockholm, maybe that's closer to home for you? We are remote flexible, but we also value the creativity and sense of community that follows from meeting face to face with colleagues.
