So, what does your workday look like? You have independent responsibility for clients and consultants within our business areas. The role includes a significant sales responsibility towards both new and existing clients. The work demands high levels of independence, while also working closely with your colleagues. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, including client needs analysis, advertising, processing applications, candidate selection, in-depth interviews, reference checks, personality assessments, and ongoing communication with clients and candidates. The role also involves being active in social networks and attending recruitment events and job fairs. You will be part of a workgroup characterized by great openness and a strong team spirit where the importance of helping each other to reach the goal outweighs your individual performance.

We prefer if you have a network in our region and are a natural relationship builder. To be considered for the position, you need to have a driver's license, good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as well as high IT maturity. Your personality will be of great importance!
