Umeå Ekonomi & Affärsrådgivning is looking for an experienced and dedicated accounting economist ready to develop in customer-oriented consulting.

About the position

In the role of experienced accounting economist, you will:

• Be responsible for a portfolio of clients, with tasks ranging from ongoing bookkeeping to year-end closing and tax returns.
• Build relationships and maintain regular contact with clients, including client meetings.
• Contribute your expertise to clients' business development, with the opportunity to work more with consulting in the long run.
• Work independently but also as part of a close-knit team that supports each other in daily tasks.

What we are looking for

• You have solid experience in accounting, preferably from an agency or similar role.
• You are confident in working independently with year-end closing, tax returns, and reporting.
• You are communicative and enjoy creating and developing client relationships.
• You are solution-oriented, responsible, and used to taking initiative.
• Experience with Fortnox or other accounting systems is an advantage.
