About the company

Skellefteå Taxi AB is a privately owned taxi company with 27 shareholders. Today, the business has about 100 vehicles available, strategically located within Skellefteå & Norsjö municipality. Approximately 200 people work within the business, together handling about 1700 transport assignments per day.

In 2023, we had a turnover of over 130 million. The main transport assignments are within the following sectors: school transport, special transport services, other municipal transports, medical trips, air taxi, private transports, packages, and corporate transports.

Your responsibilities

As an HR Manager, you are part of a team consisting of the CEO, Payroll Administrator, IT/Traffic Manager, and Chief of the dispatch center. Your responsibilities include recruiting new employees and training existing ones. You are a valuable person for our department heads and a sounding board on issues regarding staffing, training, and personnel responsibility. You are well-versed in matters related to rehabilitation cases and other personnel-related management issues, serving as an important support function.

In this role, you report directly to the CEO.

Your background/Your qualities

To succeed in this job, we believe that you are:

A skilled and service-minded communicator who focuses on finding solutions and has a drive to develop both yourself and the business
Flexible with the ability to build trustful relationships
Confident in making decisions and standing by them

Several years of experience in previous HR roles are a requirement. Proficiency in Swedish and English, good computer skills, and a B driver's license are also required.
