At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for someone who wants to work with our female client living in Umeå. We are currently seeking hourly substitutes who can work during the absence of regular staff.

About the position: Hourly substitute. Introduction is preferably done beforehand. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, late evening, and some weekends. Your workplace is where the client is located.

The job includes assisting her with her needs for support and help during everyday life and leisure, such as personal care, transfers, training, household chores, leisure activities, and more.

Since we base our recruitment on the client's wishes, we would like you to be a girl/woman approximately 25-55 years old, and that you speak and understand the Swedish language at a good level. Furthermore, we wish that you have very good social skills, are attentive, and have a strong work ethic. Personal maturity and a good sense of social interaction weigh heavier than your actual age.

A driver's license is a requirement.

We have a collective agreement (Industry G).
