The Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop our important work as a therapist within outpatient care and our newly established school social team. You will work closely with both social services and schools to provide support to children, youth, and families.

As a therapist with us, you will among other things:

• Work with treatment interventions for children, youth, and families
• Be part of our school social team in collaboration with the school
• Collaborate with various stakeholders regarding the situation of children and youth
• Contribute to the development of our working methods and approaches
• Participate in teamwork and method development

Your Profile

The requirements for working as a therapist in outpatient care are that you have a relevant university degree in social work or a related field. You also have experience in treatment work with children, youth, and families.

A valid driver's license is required.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in school social work
• Training in evidence-based treatment methods
• Experience in collaboration between social services and schools

• You are persistent and remain motivated, working forward despite difficulties or setbacks.
• You have good collaboration skills. You are attentive and clear, working well with others.
• You have pedagogical insight - you understand how people absorb knowledge and can convey your message to the recipient.
