Are you passionate about helping people and looking for a meaningful and fun job? We at Aktiv Assistans are now seeking two female personal assistants for our client in Umeå. The positions are currently substitutes as needed. The work as a Personal Assistant means that you work where the client is, and the working hours may vary – in this case, you will work days, evenings, and nights.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, flexible, and willing to work. All clients we have differ in needs and interests, but for this application, we see that you are a woman, have good Swedish, understand the importance of being able to take responsibility, and that it is essential for the client to receive help with their hygiene, diet, and activation. We also prefer that you as a person are calm, empathetic, and have the ability to work both independently and in a group. The most important thing is that we together focus on the client's needs, big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life.

To be employed with us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old. If you want to work with children and young people under 18, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
