Job Responsibilities

Working in care and support is an inspiring and flexible job. In all professional roles within care and support, you will work with people and contribute to providing them with support and help, thus also ensuring security and increased quality of life. You will get to work both independently and in groups with varying tasks. You will do everything from helping someone stay fresh and take their medication to teaching someone how to shop with a tablet or making spontaneous day trips wherever the nose points. You will meet people from different backgrounds and experiences, which means that no day is the same.

The work involves both solitary work and teamwork. Work according to a schedule with days, evenings, weekends, and for some positions, nights.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have training as a nursing assistant, caregiver, educational training, or other suitable education for the profession. We also appreciate if you have experience in similar work.

To thrive and do a good job, you must have a genuine interest in people and a willingness to help. You need to be good at collaborating with others and have a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and commitment. For all our jobs, great importance is placed on personal suitability.

You need to master Swedish in both speech and writing.

In some of our operations, it is required that you are 18 years old, and for some tasks within certain operations, a B driver's license is required.
