JOB DESCRIPTION

As a clinic coordinator, you will lead the daily operations together with the clinic manager. You will support the clinic manager in planning, directing, developing, and managing employees and operations. Together, you will steer the clinic towards our set goals.

The role of clinic coordinator is a varied position where you will work daily with both small and large tasks. You are the spider in the web at the clinic, which includes, among other things, schedule planning, financial and personnel issues. The clinic manager works clinically, so you need to be self-sufficient and thrive in a role where you are responsible for daily management and can independently make decisions within the framework of your position. However, the position requires that you have a close collaboration with your clinic manager. In addition to working as a clinic coordinator, you will also have the opportunity to work in your primary profession.

PERSONAL QUALITIES

We are looking for someone who is a trained dental nurse or a licensed dental hygienist. Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but the most important thing for us is your personal qualities and your strong interest in leading people and processes. We view positively if you have leadership training and experience in mentoring and introducing new employees. In the role of clinic coordinator, you represent the employer and take great responsibility for your assignment. Acting in accordance with made decisions and policies is a given for you.

You have an interest in leadership, are communicative, attentive, and have good collaboration skills. Together with the clinic manager and the clinic's employees, you create engagement and participation. You thrive in an environment that can quickly change conditions. You have the ability to see the big picture and in a pressured situation, you remain calm, controlled, and focus on the right things. You see what needs to be done at the clinic and can independently take initiatives and decisions.

Furthermore, you are structured and plan your work effectively. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dental nurse diploma
• 2-4 years of experience in the profession and role
• Very good knowledge of Swedish
• Advantageous if you are familiar with the journal system Muntra

ABOUT THE CLINIC

Tandcenter is a family-oriented clinic that opened in May 2018 by previous owners. The clinic has 6 bright and fresh treatment rooms.

Currently, clinic manager Nima Efranian works with general dentists, dental nurses, and specialist dentists in prosthetics, periodontology, and radiology under the same roof. We are a wonderful team of 3 dentists, 2 dental hygienists, and 4 dental nurses.

We have broad competence and a wide range of treatments that cover almost everything in dentistry – from simple fillings to aesthetic dentistry and advanced implant treatments. Our clinics are well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment such as digital intraoral scanning and 3D X-ray.

The salary is a fixed monthly salary.
