For those with more than 3 years of experience, we offer an extra 6250 SEK per week, which means 25,000 SEK per month in addition to your base salary during the period from June 16, 2025, to August 10, 2025. This means a base salary plus a bonus of 25,000 SEK/month. To be eligible for this bonus, you need to be trained and work continuously throughout the specified period. Before the summer of 2025, we can offer occupational therapists registered in another municipality free accommodation subject to availability. Customized introduction based on individual experience. Your responsibilities

As an occupational therapist within Disability Care, you are responsible for habilitation/rehabilitation for individuals with LSS decisions within the group of young adults. You will handle standard occupational therapy tasks to improve or maintain the individual's ability to perform meaningful activities in their daily life.

You ensure that the rehabilitative interventions work well for our clients and coordinate contacts with other professional groups within the municipality, primary care, and Region Västerbotten. The job involves supervising smaller and larger staff groups.

About you

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. Experience in LSS and disability care is desirable. If you have experience in assessment and trial of assistive devices, it is an advantage. We prefer candidates with experience in documentation in Treserva or other data journals.

You have good initiative and are innovative. You can work independently while recognizing the importance of collaboration with various professionals, where the individual also plays an active role. Naturally, you have a good, respectful demeanor and are attentive and open in your interactions with both the individuals receiving care and their relatives. You place great importance on contributing to good communication and collaboration with other stakeholders.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

The job requires a B driver's license.
