Kåge Health Center - if you want to work and live near the sea!

It is an advantage if you love nature experiences. Here you will meet a large mix of young and older people in a growing community. Working at Kåge Health Center means that you will have a varied, challenging, and developing job in close collaboration with a well-functioning team of 15 employees. Everyone cares about each other's work environment, and together we constantly engage in dialogue about how it can be developed and improved. There are about 5,400 registered patients here. The health center is located outside Skellefteå with good bus connections to the city center. Kåge also has Skellefteå's largest harbor located in Kågefjärden, well protected and directly adjacent to a cozy harbor café worth a visit.

In the Skellefteå Local Healthcare Area, the Emergency Department, Medical and Geriatric Clinic, Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatric Clinic, and Primary Care in Skellefteå and Norsjö are included. Together, these will work for good and close care. Kåge Health Center is one of four health centers in the northern area of Skellefteå primary care. The other units consist of Byske, Ursviken, and Morö Backe health centers.

The health centers form our most important base for close care. A joint development journey has been initiated called Livskraft together for sustainable primary care with good quality and increased job satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you contribute to taking good care of others through a health-promoting approach.

You will meet and care for children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly in both planned and acute care. The job is varied with telephone advice and outpatient work.

We expect you to prioritize good communication and actively work to develop relationships and be positive towards improvement efforts to develop the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

A licensed nurse is a requirement. As a person, you are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and can work independently but also be part of a team. You are positive towards change efforts and actively contribute to a good work environment. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
