  • Assistance in contacts with authorities and social skills training.
  • Practical support such as transport to meetings and activities.
  • Collaboration with the care chain and other stakeholders important for the client's development.
  • Administrative tasks such as daily journaling and documentation according to the Social Services Act.
  • Cooking with support during meals, cleaning, and laundry.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least a two-year post-secondary education in social work, such as a social worker or treatment educator, or equivalent education that the employer considers relevant.
  • At least two years of experience working with individuals with substance abuse issues, mental health problems, or comorbidity.

  • Good knowledge of the Social Services Act.
  • Driver's license (B).
  • Relevant methodological knowledge, such as motivational interviewing, relapse prevention, and/or KSL (meritorious).

Your Personal Qualities

To thrive in this role, we believe you are:

  • Relationship-oriented: You have an easy time building trust and creating safety.
  • Responsive and flexible: You are skilled at adapting to meet different personalities and needs.
  • Independent and secure: You have the ability to make independent decisions and manage a flexible daily routine.
