We are now looking for temporary substitutes for the autumn of 2024.

Aktiv Assistans is a local company in personal assistance that works with clients throughout Västerbotten; Umeå, Skellefteå, Vännäs, Holmsund, Lycksele, Åsele, Malå, Norsjö, and Storuman.

As a personal assistant, you help the client live their life to the fullest by supporting them in the areas they have difficulties with.

Your work is tailored to the client you are working with, and the client's need for assistance determines what your tasks will look like. The most important thing is that we together focus on the client's needs, big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life. The workplace is where the client is, and working hours can vary – day, evening, weekend, or night. It depends on the client's needs.

All clients with us have different needs and interests, so we welcome applicants of different genders, ages, and varying experiences and working methods.

We also see that you can work both independently and in a team. Since we base our recruitment on the client's wishes, requirements and preferences may vary.

We are looking for someone who is attentive to the client's wishes, empathetic, and solution-oriented in the situations that arise. Furthermore, we seek someone who is positive, enjoys taking responsibility, and can follow the workplace descriptions and routines that exist at the workplace.

A driver's license is desirable but not a requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

You must be at least 18 years old.

You speak and understand Swedish at a good level.

You have a criminal record extract from the police. (You can easily order this from the police's website)

We have a collective agreement (Industry G).
