We are now looking for hourly substitutes for the autumn of 2024.

Aktiv Assistans is a local company in personal assistance that works with clients throughout Västerbotten - In Vännäs municipality, we have three different workplaces, where a driver's license and access to a car are required for two of them.

As a personal assistant, you help the client live their life to the fullest by providing support in the areas where the client has difficulties. Your work is tailored to the client you are working with, and the client's support needs dictate how your tasks are structured. The most important thing is that we together start from the client's needs, big and small, to enable an independent and participatory everyday life.

The workplace is where the client is located, and working hours may vary – day and evening. It depends on the client's needs.

All clients we have differ in needs and interests, which is why we welcome applicants of different genders, ages, and varying experiences and working styles. We also see that you are able to work both independently and in a team.

Since we base our recruitment on the client's wishes, requirements and preferences may vary.

We are looking for someone who is attentive to the client's wishes, empathetic, and solution-oriented in the situations that arise. Furthermore, we seek someone who is positive, enjoys taking responsibility, and can follow the workplace descriptions and routines that exist.

REQUIREMENTS

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You speak and understand Swedish at a good level.

A driver's license and access to a car are not required, but they facilitate things as 2 out of 3 of our clients in Vännäs live outside the Vännäs urban area.

We have a collective agreement (Industry G).
