As a summer substitute, you will work as a Customer Host at one of our bank branches or at the Customer Center where you assist our customers with various service matters. Your tasks will include offering the bank's products and booking customers for meetings with our advisors. We also offer a few positions for administrative work at our internal units in Kristianstad.

We are looking for someone curious about working in a bank. Perhaps you see banking as a future career for you? If so, this is a great opportunity for you to build valuable contacts for the future while earning extra income alongside your studies.

As a person, you are positive, meticulous, flexible, and enjoy interacting with people. You have experience in customer service and at least 1 year left of your studies at university or college. It is advantageous if you are studying economics with a focus on banking and finance, and we prefer if you are studying somewhere within our operational area.

You need to be able to work 8-10 weeks during the summer to be eligible as a summer substitute with us. In addition to summer work, we want you to be able to come in and work extra during the terms. We ensure that you receive proper training so that you feel confident in your work here with us.

In this recruitment process, we use personality tests. The link to the tests will be sent out via a separate email from Assessio after you have submitted your application. Drug tests may occur, and we conduct background checks on all employees we hire.
