With us, you will work on various language teaching assignments and join our fantastic team of language coaches! You work independently but always with our team backing you up.

Currently, we are looking for coaches who can work all around the Greater Stockholm area, with both groups and individuals, from beginners up to B2 level.

About the assignments

As a language coach at Upgrades, you independently plan the teaching according to the customer's needs and level. The work is assignment-based and varies depending on the level, number of participants, and requests for day, place, and time. Our assignments are between 10-20 weeks, 1-2 lesson sessions per week, 90 minutes per session. We provide books for coaches and inspiration for lesson planning.

Your profile

You have confidence in your own abilities and enjoy a varied job where you independently plan the teaching according to the participant's needs. You have a good ability to motivate and inspire others, and as a person, you are:

• Engaged, flexible, and service-minded
• Communicative, independent, structured
• Creative, attentive, and motivating

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and Swedish grammar
• Good knowledge of English
• Teaching experience, both in groups and individually
• Experience in lesson planning
• Able to take on at least 2 assignments
• Genuine interest in teaching and pedagogy
• Able to teach on-site around Greater Stockholm

Desirable

• High-level knowledge of German
• Experience in the business world
• Experience with CEFR
• It is desirable if you have experience/education in pedagogy and/or languages.
• Experience in teaching online
