Social Pedagogue for Kugghjulets Resource School

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a social pedagogue who is present throughout the students' entire school day, alongside their teachers. Teaching takes place in small groups or, in some cases, individually, requiring great flexibility to meet the students' needs. The focus is on creating the best conditions for each student in a safe and trusting environment. You support students in their social and academic development. You challenge the student to take initiative, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. You are responsible for creating and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

Qualifications:

• You are a qualified social pedagogue.
• You have experience working in middle school/high school.
• You have experience working with students with NPF.
• You collaborate easily with the team, student health services, and the rest of the school.
• You have high expectations for your students and possess a relational and formative work approach. Furthermore, we believe that you are positive, curious, innovative, and capable of innovative thinking.
