The property management area is responsible for creating reliable healthcare and is responsible for operation and service at Region Skåne's hospitals. In Lund, about 40 employees work in the hospital area, where we have the main responsibility for creating world-class reliability and being a trusted partner to the healthcare sector. As a technician with us in property management, you will work in an organization with overall responsibility for Region Skåne's property portfolio.

Our operational area includes a variety of technical installations such as ventilation, heating, cooling, property control & monitoring systems, medical gases, as well as power supply and distribution. These are complex systems for which we are responsible for preventive maintenance and participate in major renovations and new installation projects. Our work is conducted in a hospital environment, with patient safety in focus, in close collaboration with Region Skåne's operations and its staff, project managers, consultants, and contractors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of operations technician, you will work with the operation, supervision, and maintenance of ventilation systems, as well as corrective maintenance within property management. You will order and call off contractor work and service, as well as materials for property management. This also includes administration with invoice handling and reporting measures within property management.

If necessary, you will provide technical support to management and projects within the unit's area of operations. You will also be a contact person for healthcare regarding indoor climate issues related to ventilation and cooperating systems.

As operational reliability is our primary task, it will be natural to participate in all areas of responsibility and tasks of the unit as needed and to actively participate and contribute to improvement work. We do not expect you to know everything before you start with us, but you need to have a genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn and develop yourself.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have at least completed a secondary technical education, or other completed education in combination with work experience that the employer deems relevant for the position. Additionally, you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, good computer skills, and good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. As travel may occur in the position, a valid B driver's license is required. We consider it an advantage if you have experience in machinery, property, troubleshooting, and maintenance, as well as experience in ventilation and/or heating systems.

You are structured and independent, which means that you plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively from a holistic perspective.
