About the Position

The role of a personal assistant requires the ability to build good relationships. We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, and has good teamwork skills. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are looking for someone who loves working with children and has a compassionate heart. Being attentive and able to empathize with others' situations and perspectives is important, for example, to adapt play and activities according to the customer's needs. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and sees opportunities instead of obstacles.

We are looking for someone who:

• wants to work with a 3-year-old boy living in Huskvarna
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• has a good understanding of the English language
• has experience in healthcare and/or as a personal assistant

It is also advantageous if you:

• have experience working with children

Personal suitability will be given great importance.

Working Hours, Employment Percentage, and Salary:

The current form of employment is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts," and the position is approximately 84%. The position involves working during nighttime, where you will be awake throughout the night. The customer has double assistance around the clock.

Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other benefits are provided according to the collective agreement.

Immediate or by agreement.

Being Employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove the right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

According to legislation, we as an employer are required to request a record extract from all employees who will work as a personal assistant for a child under 18 years. Therefore, you need to present a record extract from the police's criminal record before potential employment. Further information will be provided if you proceed in the recruitment process.
