Job Description

Do you want to make a difference for vulnerable young people? Then the job as a treatment secretary at SiS Youth Home Ryds Brunn is a meaningful job for you. SiS youth home Ryds brunn consists of three departments with space for 21 school-age boys; an MBB department (reception and needs assessment), an open and a locked treatment department, and a primary school.

The starting point as a treatment secretary is that you are the linchpin around the young person's placement in our reception and needs assessment department. You will lead and convene various professionals such as psychologists, nurses, treatment staff to treatment teams, lead and convene meetings with social services. Interview young people, parents, or other important individuals in the young person's network which should then be compiled. Together with the treatment coordinator, follow up and document treatment plans. The treatment plan is an important tool and living document for the young person and staff in the department. You will have a close collaboration with the treatment coordinator and unit manager.

Leadership Responsibility: In the absence of the unit manager, according to the work and delegation order, you will be responsible for and lead the work in the department. You will also have the treatment responsibility for the young people in the department on these occasions. We place great emphasis on safety aspects in the work. An important common mission for all employees is to contribute to creating a safe environment and ensure that security at the institution is maintained according to procedures.

Chef's preparedness according to a rolling schedule may be included in the position.

Qualifications

• University degree of at least 210 credits in social science/behavioral science or a university degree of at least 180 credits in behavioral science.
• Experience in treatment planning and/or official action is advantageous.
• Experience working with the target group is advantageous.
• Experience in trauma-informed care (TIC) is advantageous.
• Experience in motivational interviewing (MI) is advantageous.
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing.
• Driver's license B.

You have good communication skills and can maintain your composure even in stressful situations. It is required that you have a good ability to create structure, lead meetings, and involve both employees and young people and their relatives in the treatment.

Employment

The positions are permanent full-time positions and begin with a six-month probationary period. Entry by agreement.
