Consultancy in Östersund is looking for skilled support technicians for servicedesk
Centric is now looking for several skilled and dedicated support technicians for a servicedesk in Östersund. The assignment is full-time and will continue indefinitely.

Job Description
You will work in first-line support helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues. Tasks include managing accounts in Active Directory, administration in Microsoft Office 365, troubleshooting related to the Windows environment, and customer-specific applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support via phone, email, and remote control. You will also register cases in a case management system.
Your Profile and Qualifications
You have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to provide good and quality service. You can explain IT to people at different levels of knowledge and are a problem solver to your fingertips. As a person, you are social and driven and have pursued an IT specialization in high school.
Requirements
- You have pursued an IT specialization in high school
- You have good technical knowledge and a very high service orientation
- You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently
Merits
- You have previously worked or interned with similar tasks
- Experience with phones
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and Citrix
