Support Staff for Fujitsu 1st Line Support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for phone and email support where you answer technical questions from Fujitsu's customers
• Register and manage cases in the company's business system
• Perform troubleshooting

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed high school education, preferably in IT/technology
• Has a technical interest and a desire to develop
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with any remote system or case management system
• Experience from working in a Service Desk
• Worked with any of the following systems: Office365, Citrix, Active Directory, Network, iOS/Mac, and Exchange

Other Information

• Start: 2025-04-14, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration, the assignment will continue until 2026-04-30
• Scope: Full-time from 07-22 every day/week
• Location: Östersund
• Security classification is required in the form of a credit report and an extract from the criminal record due to the assignment's customer base
