Support Technician at Centric in Östersund
Centric is looking for several skilled and dedicated support technicians for our service desk in Östersund. The assignment is full-time and will continue indefinitely.

Responsibilities
As a support technician, you will work in first-line support, helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues. Your tasks will include managing accounts in Active Directory, administration in Microsoft Office 365, and troubleshooting related to Windows environments and customer-specific applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support via phone, email, and remote assistance. You will also register cases in a case management system.
Your Profile and Qualifications
You have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to provide good and quality service. You can explain IT to people at different knowledge levels and are a problem solver at heart. As a person, you are social and driven and have completed an IT program in high school.
Requirements
- You have completed an IT program in high school
- You have good technical knowledge and a very high sense of service
- You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently
Meritorious
- You have previously worked or interned with similar tasks
- Experience with phone support
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and Citrix
