We are currently looking for 5 engaged and customer-focused 1st Line Service Desk agents for our workplace in Östersund. Tietoevry is a leading provider of technical consulting services and digital solutions, and we are seeking a qualified candidate who can provide high-quality and professional support to our customers.
Who we are looking for
- You have a strong interest in service and enjoy variety, wanting to be part of a competent team that actively shares knowledge.
- A drive to learn more about IT.
- Be flexible and interested in learning new things.
In this role, you will receive incoming calls from customers in the private sector, public authorities, municipalities, and county councils. You will provide support to our customers related to the hardware used in combination with the company's system solutions.

Requirements and qualifications
- Experience working in Service Desk, support, or customer service.
- A strong customer focus and ability to deliver high-quality support.
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Experience with ticketing systems and technical problem-solving is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Your responsibilities
- Provide proactive and solution-oriented support to our customers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and ticket requests.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and document them accurately in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to effectively resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.

Salary type: Fixed monthly salary
Full-time with a 6-month probationary period
