Your responsibilities

As a support technician, your main task is to support, guide, and assist users with technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will work in a Windows-based environment with troubleshooting and management of accounts and permissions. You will thrive in this role if you are service-oriented, enjoy helping others with technical problems, and are driven to find solutions! The workplace has experienced and helpful staff who will support you throughout all processes. Experience from similar work is not required but is an advantage. The role does not involve sales and only supports corporate clients.

We are looking for someone who

• Has interest, experience, and/or education in IT
• Is communicative and pedagogical in dialogue with colleagues, customers, and users
• Is engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Has a high school education (preferably in IT/technology)
• Has good technical knowledge
• Can express themselves very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Holds a B driver's license

Scope

Fixed-term employment (6 months - 1 year with the possibility of extension)
Work will be performed on varying full-time hours between 07:00-22:00 every day of the week.
Possible travel may also occur for training.

Other

This position means that you will initially be employed as a consultant with us at OnePartnerGroup Jämtland, and if all goes as planned, your employment will continue with our client after a few months. As a consultant with us, your consultant manager will support you in succeeding and thriving in your assignment, where we conduct regular visits to our consultants to ensure availability, good health, and a good working environment.
