IT Technicians Needed for Consulting Assignment in Östersund

Centric is currently seeking several skilled and dedicated IT technicians with a passion for IT and service for a consulting assignment with our client in Östersund.

The assignment is full-time and will continue indefinitely.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT support technician, you will work as a first-line support technician. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support via phone, email, and remote access.

Your Profile and Qualifications

You have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to provide support. As a person, you are responsible and driven with a professional demeanor. You enjoy being helpful and want to provide customers with a great experience. Furthermore, we see that you can support and guide customers in a pedagogical manner via phone, email, and other media. You have a high school diploma, preferably in IT technology. You are a stable and secure person with the communicative ability to constructively engage in dialogue with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in IT support or service/back-office functions
• Some form of IT education or completed IT courses
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
• High communicative ability
• High pedagogical ability
• Good technical knowledge
• Very high service orientation
