About the role

We are looking for a web administrator for our new factory in Storhogna. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and management of our product range, which consists of over 20,000 unique products. You will work with product and data imports for our 25 markets, as well as manage system updates and database management.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and optimize data in Excel, including working with formulas and functions.
• Administer and update product databases and import and export data between different systems.
• Monitor the site and identify technical problems and areas for improvement.
• Manage and update products across all our markets.
• Work with data analysis and reporting to improve our range and sales.

Who are you?

• You have previous experience in administrative work, preferably within e-commerce.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.
• You are meticulous, structured, and responsible.
• You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and can independently drive projects.
• You have analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• You see opportunities and solutions rather than obstacles and problems.
• You have good knowledge of Excel and understand how to use systems to streamline work.
• Experience in database management or system administration is a plus.
