About the Position

Working hours are weekdays, evenings, weekends, and nights. You will belong to a team with colleagues who work with similar tasks as you, where each team consists of an engaged Team Manager.

For all our roles, employment begins with an introduction where you will learn more about the systems and the customers you will be serving. You will also receive an introduction to the company so that you are welcomed in the best possible way. In some of our departments, there is the possibility of hybrid work.

The positions are expected to start in March and April.

Your Tasks

You will answer incoming calls for various companies, gathering information from the caller to clarify the nature of the case. You will also perform various customer service tasks for our clients, such as receiving error reports, bookings, and responding to customer chats and emails.

You are attentive to the customer's needs and want to leave a positive impression on every person you come into contact with. Since you will be working in a team with several other colleagues, we see that you enjoy collaborating with others, helping colleagues when needed, and spreading positive energy in the workplace. Requirements for the position are:

  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
  • Good computer skills
