1st Line Support Technician at Fujitsu in Östersund

About the Role Fujitsu is looking for a skilled and dedicated support technician for their Service Desk in Östersund. We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset, good technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to assist our customers in a professional and pedagogical manner. You will work as a consultant for Barona but will be hired out to Fujitsu.

Responsibilities As a 1st line support technician, you will:

• Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and other media.

• Provide technical guidance and support to customers.

• Work on troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.

• Drive and follow up on ongoing cases.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide the best solution for the customer.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in IT support, service, or back-office functions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• High communicative and pedagogical ability.

• Strong technical knowledge.

• Very high service mindset.

• Driving license B.

Working Hours: The Service Desk is open between 07:00-22:00 every day of the week, which means you will work on a rotating schedule.
Location: Östersund (no remote work)
Start Date: 2025-04-14 with a 6-month probationary period
Extent: 100 %

• Travel may occur in connection with training.

• The position requires a successful background check, including credit check and extract from the criminal record.
