About the role
We are looking for skilled and dedicated support technicians for a fixed-term employment with us. You will be hired out to our client Fujitsu and work in their Service Desk in Östersund. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service, good technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to assist customers in a professional and educational manner.

Responsibilities As a 1st line support technician, you will:

• Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and other media.

• Provide technical guidance and support to customers.

• Work on troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.

• Drive and follow up on ongoing cases.

• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to provide the best solution for the customer.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in IT support, service, or back-office functions.

• Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

• High communicative and pedagogical skills.

• Strong technical knowledge.

• Very high sense of service.

• Driving license B (not a requirement)

Working hours: Our service desk is open between 07:00-22:00 every day of the week, which means you will work on a rotating schedule.

End date: 2025-10-31 (fixed-term employment)

• Travel may occur in connection with training.

• The position requires a successful background check, including credit check and criminal record extract.
