We are currently seeking driven IT Support Technicians to join our wonderful team based in Östersund. If you are passionate about technology, driven, and eager to develop, we encourage you to apply!

As a service desk employee, you will primarily provide user support and service to various customers regarding all types of troubleshooting and account management. You will also support customers related to the hardware used in combination with the company's system solutions. In this role, you will receive incoming calls from customers within public authorities, municipalities, and county councils where the customer manages their larger IT technical solutions. You will primarily use the phone and ticketing system as your main work tools and will continuously receive incoming cases.

In your role, you will work with:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software
• Account administration in Active Directory and Azure AD
• Answering and supporting users with technical questions
• Case management in the ticketing system

This position is suitable for you who have a strong interest in IT and service and want to take the next step to work more customer-focused, in a team that works towards common goals.

You have a good technical understanding and a background in IT support or as a technician. It is also advantageous if you have work experience within a municipality. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and are comfortable communicating in English.
