Job Responsibilities

Welcome as an HR consultant at Kramfors Municipality.

The HR department is in the midst of an exciting journey of change, and as an HR consultant with us, you will have the opportunity to leave your mark on our HR department. Together with your HR colleagues, you will be part of a positive team that actively drives the HR processes that create success for the municipality's mission and meet the needs of the operations.

The position is broad, and the work largely involves professionally guiding and supporting managers in matters across the entire HR area, including labor law issues, working environment, cooperation, and group development efforts. Together with your HR colleagues, you will work strategically and operationally to take a holistic approach to HR issues with a focus on development and a coaching attitude.

Through your work, you contribute to making Kramfors Municipality an attractive employer that creates good welfare for our municipal residents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in HR management or equivalent education. We value if you have worked with HR-related issues and have experience and understanding of the HR role in a politically governed organization. Experience in labor law issues and negotiation skills is a plus.

As a person, you are confident, stable, self-aware, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive your processes forward. You enjoy building relationships, have good communication skills, and are trustworthy. You thrive on working towards goals and have a good ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You easily adapt to changing circumstances. If you also have a natural empathy, a positive approach to problem-solving, and the desire to do a really good job, then you will enjoy working with us!
