Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with nearly 350 gyms and a number of padel facilities across the country. We are now looking for our next employee for the position of sales receptionist at Nordic Wellness Örnsköldsvik.
Being a sales receptionist at Nordic Wellness
Your job will primarily revolve around one thing: providing our members with an amazing training experience. This means that the club always needs to be seen from its best side and that members are greeted pleasantly, professionally, and with great joy. It is you, together with your colleagues, who help create our family-like and welcoming atmosphere at the club.
When you arrive at work, your mission is to ensure that the club's members are well received and that they are in a clean and fresh environment. You are the host, which means you are responsible for maintaining order and tidiness at the club. You make guests feel comfortable and at home!
The working hours at the reception involve variation and require you to be flexible. This is where your sales sense comes into play. Every member is unique in their own way, and it is up to you to provide them with the information they need. You know that customer interaction can involve as much improvisation as information, but often a combination of both.
What are we looking for in you?
You are at least 18 years old and enjoy meeting other people. Creating new relationships and listening to others' needs is something you feel comfortable with. You are flexible regarding working hours and should be able to work during the day, evenings, and weekends. It is important that you can work independently, take your own initiatives, and see what needs to be done. You should be creative in finding solutions and seeing opportunities to develop the club. The workplace is an environment where a lot is happening at the same time, so you need to be able to work at a fast pace and be flexible regarding the various tasks that the job entails. You should also feel comfortable with physical work.
It is not a requirement that you have worked before; we are looking for you who want to go the extra mile in what you do, where tasks that are started are also completed. It is important that you have the will to strive forward and learn. We see that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language and can use it both in speech and writing. If you have previously worked in sales, that is a big plus, and if your heart beats a little extra for training and health, that is an even bigger plus!
