The adult psychiatric services in Örnsköldsvik consist of two clinics and a specialist psychiatric care team. The clinics have a general psychiatric focus and are aimed at individuals over 18 years in need of specialist psychiatric care. The clinics are centrally located in Örnsköldsvik. In total, about 40 practitioners of various professions work at the clinics, and we practice team psychiatry. We meet patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. We place great emphasis on assessment/diagnosis and evidence-based treatment, where we can offer a wide range of treatments.

We are now looking for a Medical Secretary to join our team in Örnsköldsvik, the position is a full-time permanent position with entry according to agreement.

Job Duties

As a Medical Secretary in Adult Psychiatry in Örnsköldsvik, you will work with:

• Journal documentation
• Documentation from team and referral conferences
• Booking
• Ordering of goods
• Invoicing handling, and more.

The medical secretaries also staff our reception, and reception work includes tasks such as registration and billing of visits, mail and referral management, administration of exemption cards, and handling phone calls via the reception.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Has an education as a medical secretary
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is a merit if you

• Have previous experience working as a medical secretary
• Have good knowledge of English in speech and writing
