We now need new summer substitutes for our fantastic team around our client. We are looking for someone who wants to work 50-100%. You will follow a fixed schedule from June to August, and you are welcome to start working as a substitute during the winter/spring.

Our client is a young woman, 22 years old, living in her own apartment. She has an autism diagnosis, intellectual disability, and epilepsy. She is cheerful, positive, and loves life. She enjoys engaging in activities both indoors and outdoors. She communicates using speech, pictures, schedules, signs, and body language.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being active and is generous with themselves. You need to be flexible and have good teamwork skills, as you will always work alongside another assistant/colleague. It is beneficial if you are playful and a bit theatrical, as this helps create a good relationship with our client. You will work varied hours, including both day and night shifts.

In addition to the above, it is especially important that you have good self-awareness, are confident in yourself, are attentive, take responsibility, and collaborate well with everyone you meet. You are flexible, open-minded, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You use both your analytical skills and take well-considered initiatives, striving to improve the quality of life for our client.
