The Regional Psychiatric and Rehabilitation Care coordinates regional healthcare for adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and rehabilitation in Region Västernorrland. The regional healthcare services are conducted at three hospitals: Sundsvall, Sollefteå, and Örnsköldsvik, and at several clinics located in various towns in the region. The area has approximately 700 employees.

The LARO clinic works with medication-assisted treatment and rehabilitation for individuals with opioid dependence. In your profession, you will support the patient in adhering to treatment and planned interventions, as well as maintain contact with relevant care providers, manage medications, and handle administrative tasks. Sampling and administrative work are part of the position. At the LARO clinic, you will work alongside nurses, treatment assistants, medical secretaries, social workers, doctors, and unit managers.

We are looking for a social worker for the LARO clinic in Sundsvall. The position is a permanent employment with a start date to be agreed upon.

Social Worker for the LARO Clinic, Sundsvall

Job Responsibilities

As a social worker at the LARO clinic, you will have direct patient contact through patient conversations and collaborate with other relevant services. You will participate in the clinic's treatment conferences, referral conferences, and joint forums such as staff meetings. In your role as a social worker with us, you will serve as a consistent care contact for patients belonging to the LARO clinic and, as such, act as a "spider in the web" coordinating with other actors, convening SIP meetings, and establishing coordinated individual plans for patients.

• Has a degree in social work
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage for the position if you

• Have experience with LARO and addiction treatment
• Have completed Mi training, step-1 and ASI
