The adult psychiatric services in Örnsköldsvik consist of two clinics and a specialist psychiatric care team. The clinics have a general psychiatric focus and cater to individuals over 18 years old who need specialist psychiatric care. The clinics are centrally located in Örnsköldsvik.

We at Psychiatric Clinic A are now looking for a Rehabilitation Coordinator to join us. Here we primarily work with patients with psychotic-affective disorders. A total of about 40 therapists from various professions work at the clinics, and we practice team psychiatry. We meet patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. We place great importance on assessment/diagnosis and evidence-based treatment, where we can offer a broad range of treatment options.

The position is a permanent employment at 75%, with start date according to agreement.

Rehabilitation Coordinator for Psychiatric Clinic A, Örnsköldsvik

Job Responsibilities

The Rehabilitation Coordinator acts as a consultative and informative resource within insurance medicine issues and as a contact person and coach for sick-listed individuals and patients at risk of sick leave. Responsibilities include leading the internal rehabilitation team, assessing individual needs, and being the leader/organizer for the internal team working with patients under rehabilitation guarantee.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working with individuals with mental health issues. You should have a good ability to build supportive relationships with patients, relatives, and partners. A well-developed ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other professional categories is a key success factor. During the introduction, you will have a designated mentor to work with during the initial period. Supervision will be provided.
