The adult psychiatric services in Örnsköldsvik consist of two clinics and a specialist psychiatric care team. The clinics have a general psychiatric focus and cater to individuals over 18 years old who require specialist psychiatric care. The clinics are centrally located in Örnsköldsvik.

We at Psychiatric Clinic B are now looking for a Rehabilitation Coordinator to join us. Here, we primarily work with patients with neuropsychiatric disabilities. A total of about 40 practitioners from various professions work at the clinics, and we practice team psychiatry. We meet patients with a wide range of psychiatric conditions. We place great emphasis on assessment/diagnosis and evidence-based treatment, where we can offer a wide range of treatment options.

The position is a permanent employment at 75%, with start date according to agreement.

Rehabilitation Coordinator for Psychiatric Clinic B, Örnsköldsvik

Job Responsibilities

The Rehabilitation Coordinator acts as a consultative and informative resource within insurance medicine issues and as a contact person and coach for sick-listed individuals and patients at risk of sick leave. Responsibilities include leading the internal rehabilitation team, assessing individual needs, and organizing the internal team for working with patients under rehabilitation guarantee.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with individuals with mental health issues. You should have a good ability to build supportive relationships with patients, relatives, and partners. A well-developed ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other professional categories is a key success factor. During the introduction, you will have a designated mentor to work with during the initial period. Supervision is offered.
