Description

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant.

As a personal assistant, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the user and accompany them in their daily life. You will play a significant role in the person's well-being, and therefore we are looking for someone who is secure, stable, and has a strong commitment to working with people.

Responsibilities

You will work to enable the user to live as independently as possible. Your tasks will be varied and include personal care, medication management, tailored support in everyday situations, some household chores, and activities.

Qualifications

You have a healthcare and social care education, or equivalent training that the employer considers relevant.

Experience in personal assistance is an advantage.

Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.

As a person, you are secure in working independently, proactive in finding solutions, and making decisions.
