We are now looking for a temporary personal assistant and a substitute for absences for one of our female clients.

For these positions, we are looking for someone who is calm and flexible. You need to be stable and stress-resistant as some days are busier than others.

We believe that you appreciate routines, but sometimes they need to be broken, and in those moments, you need to be proactive, stay one step ahead to anticipate what might happen. Handle broken routines and then return to normal routines.

Examples of tasks:

As an assistant, you will work in a structured manner and follow the daily schedule of the client. You will work independently but have close contact with the client's relatives and legal guardian. The client has her own apartment but sometimes stays with her family.

You will support the client in her daily life and participate in daily activities. In consultation with the client's relatives and your colleagues, you will plan and ensure that activities in the client's daily life function smoothly, including healthcare, etc.

Standard care work including tube feeding and stoma care is also part of the role.

Standard household work, where you are responsible for tidying up after use and performing the cleaning that the client would normally do in the home.

Some experience working with an iPad and structuring daily routines is an advantage. Experience in autism, intellectual disability, chromosomal abnormalities, and/or visual impairment is also a plus.

• Experience in autism, intellectual disability, visual impairment, tube feeding, and stoma care is advantageous.
• Personal qualities: calm and flexible.
• Responsible and good at collaborating with your colleagues, the client, and the client's relatives.

Other information

• Employment type: Temporary employment, as well as on-call employment
• Extent: Part-time.
• Working hours: You will work on a rotating schedule, some shifts and daytime. 11-hour shifts.
• Entry: As soon as possible, but no later than 19/1.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application date. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

The workplace is located 3 miles south of Örnsköldsvik. You need to be able to get to and from the workplace on your own, which is why we see that you have your own car. You will not need a car for work.
