The health center in Själevad is a well-functioning unit with 8050 registered patients. We are about 30 employees with different professions. The operations include, among other things, medical, nursing, and physiotherapy consultations, child health care, physician participation in the municipality's care homes, and the municipality's home care, among others. We are now looking for a medical secretary to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment starting on 2025-04-01 or by agreement.

Job Responsibilities

As a medical secretary at HC Själevad, you will work alongside experienced colleagues with:

• medical record writing and other documentation
• referral management
• mail handling

Invoice management and administration of systems and permissions may be included based on experience. You will also work at the reception where you will meet our patients. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction, support, and the conditions to gradually get into the work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• is an educated medical secretary or healthcare administrator
• has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you

• have experience working at a health center within the region
