Primary care is a county organization divided into four areas, one of which is Örnsköldsvik where the six health centers in the municipality are included. The Ankaret Health Center is the largest health center in the county and is centrally located in Örnsköldsvik.

At our health center, approximately 65 employees work in various professions. Some of our medical secretaries are changing roles, which means we need to recruit new employees to the Ankaret Health Center. Job Duties

As a medical secretary with us, you have an important and varied job. You will work administratively with

• Journal documentation after dictation
• Care documentation such as diagnosis registration and referral management
• Mail handling and other administrative tasks.

You will use the NCS Cross journal system and from 250226 work in our new Cosmic journal system. You will also work in our reception with cashier duties where you are our face outward and meet and guide the patients at the health center.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Has an education as a medical secretary
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

It is advantageous for the position if you

• Have good knowledge of NCS Cross
• Have work experience in primary care
