The group currently consists of 8 companies mainly within the real estate, construction, and civil engineering industries, such as Gabioner, Murbyggarna, and ByggMarks. Are you a curious and business-driven economist who can see the big picture and who places great emphasis on good structure and high quality? Do you thrive in a role where you get to work broadly within the entire finance function? Then you should apply for the position as a financial accountant at Kraften Invest and be the one responsible for the ongoing accounting for all companies within the group. You belong to our administrative department and report to the CFO.

Your responsibilities include:

· Ongoing bookkeeping, invoicing, customer and supplier accounts

· Monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and accruals

· Annual financial statements and reports

· VAT and tax declarations

· Payroll and government reporting

· Internal development projects

· When needed, support with other administrative tasks related to suppliers, customers, and tenants.

We are looking for someone with several years of work experience in a similar position, and if you also have a background in the construction or real estate industry, it is a plus. You are educated in economics, either at a post-secondary level or have a university degree.

You are a structured and meticulous person who enjoys hands-on work. As the tasks span a wide range, we prefer that you are humble and flexible, good at prioritizing, and enjoy working in a smaller organization where decision-making processes are short and the level of influence is high.

You are used to working both independently and collaboratively with others and can handle tasks that require meeting deadlines. Because you have many internal and external contact points, we place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively. We expect you to be proficient in MSOffice programs (especially Excel) and some accounting software, preferably Monitor and/or Fortnox.

The position entails employment at Kraften Invest with placement in pleasant office spaces in their own property in central Sundsvall.
