The Pulmonary Clinic belongs to the County Operations Lung/Skin/Infection where our mission is to perform all common pulmonary medical procedures. Here, there is a department consisting of 12 beds and a reception with a large activity in the profile diagnoses of lung cancer, obstructive and interstitial lung diseases. In your role as a medical secretary at the Pulmonary Clinic, you become an important part of the operation. We offer a varied work in close collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other staff with the aim of creating good conditions for the daily work to function as efficiently as possible. The Pulmonary Clinic in Sundsvall is now looking for a medical secretary. The position is a full-time temporary position with employment from 2025-01-31 to 2025-08-31.

Job Duties

The duties mainly involve journal writing, but there are also other administrative tasks. The work is varied and may change over time depending on the needs of the operation.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained medical secretary
• Has good skills in the Office package
• Has good IT skills
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Has good knowledge of medical terminology

It is a merit if you

• Have previous experience working as a medical secretary
