About the position as Site Manager 
As a site manager, you will plan, lead, and follow up on our subcontractors in the daily production within assigned areas of responsibility. You are also responsible for ensuring that the work environment and quality are adhered to. You will continuously monitor and follow up on the production results regarding costs, schedule, and logistics. As a site manager at Rover Grupo, you are also responsible for ensuring compliance, consensus, and unity in your workgroup regarding Rover Grupo's visions and goals.

Are you Rover Grupo's new site manager? 
We are now looking for someone with at least three years of experience in construction production in a managerial position. If you have an engineering background, this is a merit, but we also welcome applicants from the professional worker level with a few years of experience in a site manager role. You have experience in bridge construction and have worked on projects where the Swedish Transport Administration has been the client. Furthermore, we would like to see that you have a structured way of working, good collaboration skills, and clear communication. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.

You appreciate a fast pace and are a present leader with a good ability to communicate with different people in a good and individually adapted way.
